InTech Launches the 2027 Aucta Willow With Smart Off-Grid Features and Premium Comfort

InTech Launches the 2027 Aucta

American RV manufacturer inTech RV has officially introduced the refreshed 2027 Aucta lineup, and the updated Aucta Willow is already grabbing attention among camping enthusiasts. The premium travel trailer now offers a more refined interior, improved off-grid capability, and several practical upgrades designed for long-distance adventures.

Although the Aucta series has been on the market for only a few years, inTech continues to improve its products based on customer feedback. For 2027, the company has focused on comfort, durability, and self-sufficiency, making the Willow one of the most feature-packed travel trailers in its segment.

With upgraded construction, a redesigned cabin, and expanded solar capabilities, the new Aucta Willow aims to compete with some of the most popular luxury RVs in North America.

One of the biggest reasons RV buyers are drawn to inTech products is the company’s unique construction philosophy. The 2027 Aucta Willow is built using inTech’s patented all-aluminum welded cage structure, which integrates the chassis into the fiberglass body for added strength and longevity.

Unlike many conventional travel trailers that rely heavily on wood, the Willow features a zero-wood construction design. It also includes Azdel composite sidewalls and Comfort Shell insulation, helping improve durability while reducing long-term maintenance concerns.

The travel trailer retains the futuristic styling that has become a signature element of the Aucta and Sol lineups. A sharply angled front cap, panoramic automotive-style windshield, and tapered rear profile give the RV a modern appearance that stands out on the highway.

For 2027, inTech has added updated graphics and frameless tinted windows, further enhancing the trailer’s premium look.

The Aucta Willow measures 26 feet in length and 8.4 feet in width. Standard equipment includes aluminum wheels, rugged all-terrain tires, a power tongue jack, and a powered awning with an integrated wind sensor.

Depending on selected options, the trailer’s dry weight ranges from 5,450 to 5,875 pounds.

Spacious Interior Brings Home-Like Comfort

Designed for up to four people, the 2027 Aucta Willow offers a larger and more luxurious cabin than many compact travel trailers currently available.

The front section features a spacious U-shaped dinette surrounded by panoramic windows, creating an open and airy atmosphere. The seating area can also be converted into an additional sleeping space when needed.

At the rear, owners will find a private bedroom separated by a solid maple sliding barn door. Buyers can choose between a traditional queen bed layout or twin beds.

One of the most exciting upgrades for 2027 is the introduction of the FlexKing system. Available with the twin-bed configuration, this powered setup allows users to combine both beds into a massive king-size sleeping area at the press of a button.

The cabin itself has received a major refresh. inTech has introduced warmer color tones, amber accent lighting, and premium materials throughout the interior.

New highlights include:

  • Thinscape solid-surface countertops.
  • Soft-close cabinetry with dovetail drawers.
  • Durable PVC vinyl seating.
  • Residential-grade foam cushions.
  • Solid maple dining table.
  • Upgraded plywood cabinets.

These improvements help give the Aucta Willow a more upscale, residential feel.

New Outdoor Kitchen and Better Storage Solutions

The exterior kitchen has also been redesigned for the 2027 model year. While still optional, the upgraded setup transforms the Willow into an even more practical camping companion.

The slide-out kitchen now includes:

  • A cast-iron griddle.
  • Full-size sink with covers.
  • Flip-out preparation table.
  • Drawer-style refrigerator that can also function as a freezer.

The kitchen slides out from the rear pass-through storage area on the campsite side, while additional storage remains available on the opposite side.

Inside, the layout continues to prioritize convenience. The main kitchen sits opposite a dedicated pantry, while the bathroom uses a split design that separates the toilet area from the shower.

The shower enclosure is fully fiberglass and features inTech’s SureSeal door system, eliminating the need for traditional shower curtains and helping keep water contained.

Storage has always been a strong point for the Aucta series, and the Willow continues that tradition with multiple compartments designed for camping gear, luggage, and outdoor equipment.

For travelers who enjoy extended adventures away from traditional campgrounds, the 2027 Aucta Willow introduces major upgrades in off-grid capability.

The travel trailer now comes with larger holding tanks, including:

  • 45-gallon fresh water tank.
  • 48-gallon gray water tank.
  • 26-gallon black water tank.

inTech has also added Starlink internet preparation, allowing owners to easily install satellite connectivity for remote work or entertainment.

The optional Off-Grid Package receives one of the biggest upgrades in the lineup. Buyers can now equip the Willow with:

  • 800 watts of roof-mounted solar panels.
  • 460Ah lithium battery bank.
  • Additional solar port compatibility.

This package effectively doubles the trailer’s off-grid capacity compared to previous versions, making it a strong choice for boondocking and long camping trips.

Standard comfort features include a 15,000-BTU ducted air conditioner, a 25,000-BTU furnace, dual propane tanks, a Bluetooth audio system with four speakers, and two 32-inch smart TVs—one in the main living area and another in the bedroom.

The 2027 inTech Aucta Willow starts at $78,190, while premium options such as the FlexKing bed system, upgraded outdoor kitchen, solar charging package, and expanded off-grid equipment are available at an additional cost.

With its combination of luxury finishes, innovative sleeping solutions, rugged construction, and impressive off-grid capabilities, the updated Aucta Willow is shaping up to be one of the most attractive premium travel trailers arriving for the 2027 model year.
